I will confirm acceptance and provide a sketch for approval before proceeding.

All payments must be made via PayPal. Full payment, including any selected add-ons, is required after you approve the sketch.

Payment must be completed within 3 days of sketch approval, or the commission may be canceled.

Prices are as listed on my Carrd, with add-ons (e.g., additional character, complex design) affecting the total cost. The listed amounts are minimum fees, and the final amount may vary depending on the complexity of the request. Please understand.

Estimated delivery is 1-2 weeks after payment, depending on complexity and revisions. You’ll be notified of significant delays.

You’ll receive high-resolution PNG files (300 DPI) in three variations: white background, transparent background, and a simple background (if selected as an add-on).

Canvas size is adjusted by the artist to suit the request at 300 DPI. Specify preferred dimensions in your request if desired.

Up to 5 revisions are allowed during the sketch stage, as long as they follow the main idea of the request.

Minor adjustments are permitted during the line art, base color with rough render, and final render stages. Major changes after the sketch stage may incur additional fees or be declined.

Clients must provide feedback within 3 days of receiving each stage update, or I will proceed to the next stage.

Copyright and intellectual property rights remain with the artist (R2Z / @ARTOOZEE).

Clients may not edit, modify, or use the artwork for AI training, NFTs, or unagreed purposes without prior written consent.

Artwork is for personal use only unless a commercial use add-on is selected (+100% for streaming/content, +200% for merch/ads/print).

Credit to the artist (@ARTOOZEE) is required when sharing the artwork publicly, unless privacy is requested.

No refunds are available once payment is made and work continues beyond the sketch stage, due to the revision process.

If you fail to pay within 3 days of sketch approval, the commission will be canceled

Provide clear references (e.g., visual references, color palettes, pose ideas) and detailed requests to ensure a smooth process.

If references or details are incomplete, I will proceed based on my interpretation, which may limit revision options.

I may post the finished artwork publicly unless you opt for privacy (note in your request).

I do not draw male characters, NSFW content, gore/extreme violence, or full furries (kemonomimi is okay).

I will communicate with you during the revision stages (sketch, line art, base color with rough render, final render) via Discord or Twitter DMs, as agreed upon at the start.
